Last week, Hungarian Trading House Singapore, together with Phoon Huat Pte Ltd, held their exclusive joint event - Culinary Journey with Treasures of Hungarian gastronomy.

His Excellency Ambassador Dr Istvan Szerdahelyi from the Embassy of Hungary in Singapore honoured our distinguished Guests opening the event with a fascinating speech about Hungary, Hungarian traditions, food and the fruitful cooperation between Singapore and Hungary.

The event was an exclusive opportunity for selected chefs and experts from top luxury hotels, F&B and restaurants to taste exceptional Hungarian wines, condiments and sauces, high quality honey and dishes made of premium grade Hungarian Foie Gras, Goose Meat and raw Honey and Summer Truffle.

Master Chef Yew, who represented Singapore on the Bocuse d’Or Asia Pacific 2016, and Ms Noemi Fritz from the noble Fritz Winery were our guide in this wonderful epicurean journey.
